Chess & Mates runs chess events across Belgium — from a team building at your office to a public event at an iconic venue. We handle everything end to end: venue, format, arbiters, equipment, communication and the footage afterwards. You just welcome your guests.

A chess tournament or workshop for your team, clients or partners — at your office or at a venue we find for you. Accessible even to people who have never moved a piece.

An open tournament or chess festival at a remarkable location: from museum to stock exchange. Registrations, pairings, results and livestream all run on our own platform.

Chess introductions, class tournaments and day camps for children aged 6 to 14, with our own coaches and in small groups by level.

How it works
You send us your request
Fill in the form with what you have in mind. No concrete plan yet? That's fine — a date and a number of participants are enough to get started.
We call and draw up a proposal
We get back to you within two working days. After that you receive a concrete proposal with format, timing and price.
We run the event
On the day itself our team is there: setup, hosting, results and teardown. Afterwards you get the photos and the report.
